Thank you for requesting our products for your event! It is a privilege and an honor for us to give back to our community after all it has done to make our business the success it is today. We recognize the importance of our role as business owners in the Bossier community however, we do have to limit ourselves on what and when we can discount/donate. Unfortunately we receive so many donation requests that some have to be denied. Our business is a rental business that caters to mostly weekend events. For this reason, we must limit the donations requested on weekends. Week day requests are easier to accommodate donations. Anyone requesting donations is asked to follow our list of criteria in order to be considered. Please keep in mind, even if you do qualify, your request may still be denied due to circumstances beyond our control.
Donations may be made to nonprofit organizations and events only.
Customer must be able to provide 2 people and a truck/ large SUV to pick up the rental. If you are unable to pick up the equipment the delivery/set up fee must be paid even if it is a full donation.
Customer must be able to provide at least two people to monitor each piece of equipment for the duration of the rental period.
A credit card on file (as a security deposit) is required on all equipment.
If the donation will be going to a park customer must provide a generator or obtain written permission from the park to use their power.
Customer must provide Bossier FunJumps with a written donation request (attached) at least 30 days in advance along with a copy of an event flier and a copy of your tax exempt letter (if you are a tax free organization).
